First, the power card switch test. We install the power gateway on a dedicated test fixture, add an iron bracket to simulate on-site electromagnetic interference, then connect AB communication cables and power on. The device automatically self-learns ambient conditions and adjusts induction sensitivity. It only passes inspection when all parameters meet standards, preventing induction failure during actual hotel use.

 

Next, the weak current room number doorplate test. We connect test wires to the positive and negative terminals of the doorplate. For common-negative doorplates, jumpers are used to reset room number circuits. After power-up, room number data clears automatically and the doorbell backlight turns on. Tap the doorbell to check clear prompt sound, then use a test pen to verify stable voltage output at terminals.
